27th Annual Ministry of Caring Annual Conference: Building Strong Teams in Healthcare
Great healthcare teams grow through challenge, learning, and shared purpose. This workshop explores the stages of team development, the role of trust and communication, and what it means to be part of a team that genuinely cares. Teams start with a clear purpose and an appreciation of each member’s strengths. As they evolve, people naturally take on roles that fit their skills. Whether at home, work, or in the community, effective teamwork is rooted in cooperation and a shared vision. Reliable, supportive team members and adaptable leaders create environments where people feel safe, communicate openly, and stay accountable. When these pieces come together, teams become connected, productive, and truly better together.

Registration fee includes program materials, refreshments, and certificate of attendance. Registration with payment is required to guarantee enrollment. In the event of cancellation, tuition will be refunded in full. Refunds will not be made for participant cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the conference.
